Botany Junction

Botany Junction,
Corner of Te Irirangi Drive and Ormiston Road, Botany.

KEY FEATURES

Botany Junction is made up of two main stages. Stage one is situated on the corner of Ormiston Road and Te Irirangi Drive in Botany with stage 2 continuing along Te Irirangi Drive. In total Botany Junction provides circa 14,000 square metres of office and retails space.

STAGE ONE

The Stage one building is a two storey retail complex that is constructed from pre cast concrete, with modern aluminium joinery and a varied roof line. This classical design gives it a strong architectural presence on a powerful corner location in one of Auckland's fastest growing areas.

The site has been extensively landscaped with mature trees.

The ground floor consists of over 25 retail shops. This is anchored by a substantial hospitality precinct comprising two bars and a wide range of restaurants and fast food outlets.

The balance of the ground floor is comprised of a bank, video shop, superette, art gallery, a real estate office, women's fashion accessories, a hair dresser and florist.

There are seven first floor offices with 42 secure underground car parks. This means office tenants do not compromise the public car parks available to the retailers.

STAGE TWO

Stage two has a medical centre, a beauty clinic, a patisserie, coffee shops, MeridianÕs new energy centre, travel agencies, a large format Superette, 2 banks, restaurants, a gift shop and a bakery.

There are 1400 square metres of first floor offices with secure first floor parking for both office and retail staff.

LOCATION

Botany Junction forms a gateway to the new Flat Bush Town Centre. This is one of the fastest growing areas in New Zealand and, according to Manuaku City Council, Flat Bush will house over 40,000 residents by 2015.

The centre is approximately 500 metres from Sir Barry Curtis Park, a 93 hectare facility which will be New Zealand's largest recreational park.

Botany Junction has excellent exposure to two main arterial routes. Te Irirangi Drive is the main arterial link between Manuaku and East Auckland and is designed to carry in excess of 50,000 vehicles per day. Ormiston Road will become the main street of the Flat Bush Town Centre and is being upgraded to carry 20 to 25,000 vehicles per day.
